   • It is non-transferable and valid for the individual whose name appears on the voucher.

   • Valid for 30 days from the patient’s birthday.

   • Expired vouchers will not be honored.

3. Redemption​

   • Advance appointment is required. Please mention the birthday voucher at the time of booking.

   • Voucher must be presented (physical or digital) during the visit.

4. Conditions of Use

   • Voucher is valid for one-time use only.

   • No cash value. Not exchangeable for other treatments or products.
